COVID Booking/Cancellation Policy

In these unprecedented times we know how important it is for you to book with confidence knowing you won’t be disadvantaged as a result of any COVID-19 restrictions. Our book with confidence commitment means you have the option to change your tour booking dates (subject to availability). Or even cancel it completely due to a COVID related federal or state government mandated lockdowns in Victoria.

Changing your booking

You can change the date of your tour without incurring a change fee, although you will need to pay any difference in price.

Cancelling your booking

You can cancel your booking and we’ll give you a voucher to the same value for a future booking. Or we can refund 100% of the payment. Please allow us up to 10 business days if you opt for a refund.

How to change or cancel your booking

If your booking is within 24-48 hours please contact the team on 0468 570 715. If your booking is outside of this check-in window please email the team at gardens@mountmacedontours.com.au
